A wood fired pizzeria in the Historic Ashtabula Harbor, opened in August, 2021. An elevated casual, family friendly spot in a stunning late 1800s building. Our wood fired oven, affectionately named Sophia, was shipped over from Modena, Italy, and constructed onsite. We fuel her with local oak, ash, and beech wood, cooking the pizzas at 800°F. She’s the heart of our restaurant, giving our pizzas their unique flavor and perfectly crisp crust.

We are thrilled to serve both locals and visitors alike from our wood fired pizza oasis on the shores of Lake Erie.
